A leading investment management firm is seeking a proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support its business management team and wider business operations. Working closely with the Head of Change, this position offers broad exposure across the business, supporting data analysis, reporting, internal initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks. The Junior PMO Analyst Role:
The Junior PMO Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Change with BAU analysis, reporting and project coordination. They will assist in producing clear and accurate reports in Excel and PowerPoint, manage actions across internal initiatives, and ensure information flows smoothly between stakeholders. In this role, they will also provide diary and organisational support to the Head of Change, helping prioritise workload and ensuring meetings, actions and documents are well prepared. The role will include project support, administrative duties and active involvement in Investment Management initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in financial services. Personality, communication and willingness to learn are key. 💰 Paying £30,000–£40,000 + Benefits
📍 London – In-office role (HQ environment)
🧑 💻 Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years' experience
Essential Skills:
• 1–2 years’ experience in financial services (Wealth preferred, but Investment/Asset/Financial Services also considered)
• Strong BAU data analysis capability
• Skilled in producing reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisational and action management skills
• Confident diary management for senior stakeholders
• Ability to support small projects and business initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, personality and professionalism are key
• Tech-savvy mindset with an interest in AI and modern tooling
• Proactive, positive and eager to support a busy and collaborative team
Desirable:
• Experience supporting Change, Projects or Business Operations
• Exposure to wealth or private client investment management
• Comfort working with senior leaders with minimal supervision
